Comfort F. Ricketts, PhD
Dr Comfort Ricketts is a Doctor of Applied Economics with 15+ years of experience in the fields of Labor Economics, Health Economics, Higher Education and Development Economics. Comfort has a passion for the economic success of individuals, businesses, communities and nations. She recalls as a child her father, a Consultant Surgeon wanting her to become a medical doctor to which she replied “…I would treat countries (nations) daddy.” Dr Ricketts has since then worked with the African Development Bank (AfDB), and multiple higher education institutions. She holds fast to the belief that at the individual level we are all called in some form or capacity to a life of humble selfless service.
Dr Ricketts has a PhD in Applied Economics. She, by God’s grace is the first black woman to graduate with a PhD in Applied Economics from the College of Business at Mississippi State University and the youngest professor to be granted Promotion and Tenure to Associate Professor in College of Business at New Mexico State University in the United States of America. Dr Ricketts taught students from diverse parts of the world; for about 12 years she served at Mississippi State University and New Mexico State University, after which she worked at Southern New Hampshire University as Director of Workforce Insight and with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board as Program Director (Workforce).
For over 20 years Dr Ricketts has had a call to serve in the Helps Ministry. She is passionate about the success of vulnerable individuals – that is, financial, social, health and economic success and stability.

Comfort loves to sing; she is a singer, song writer and poet with a praise culture. She is also an advocate for the holistic display of individuality; that is, “If you are a music lover, singer and/or fantastic dancer; it’s okay to also be a genius in the field of Computer Science, a Master Chef and a CEO too …and no worries it’s okay for the whole wide world to know that you are all these and more!” Comfort loves to work; she however, enjoys and relishes time spent with her family and friends. She is always thinking of how to be a blessing to the next person hence she is very grateful for the gift, honor and privilege of serving as President and Chief Executive of Comfort Ricketts Foundation.
Chief Financial Officer
Bright Sunday is vast in the knowledge and understanding of accounting and its related principles. His keen areas of interest include taxation, financial reporting, analysis and implementation. He is a team player who bears leadership skill sets and demonstrates good work and personal ethics at all times. Bright Sunday sees accounting as more than just the use of figures to report information but a language essential for every economy.

Bright graduated top of his class with a first class degree in accounting. Bright is a goal getter in the business of accounting; he aspires to someday earn a doctorate degree. He loves spending time with friends because he believes in the gift of mankind and also advocates for building quality relationships.

Bright Sunday also has a penchant for sports and relishes every moment spent on the soccer pitch. Interestingly, he sees every moment spent on the soccer pitch as an opportunity to demonstrate his team work skills. Bright remains eager to innovatively embrace the world of financial accounting as Chief Financial Officer with Comfort Ricketts Foundation.

Miss Mafwil is a passionate social therapy provider, caregiver, and guidance counselor. She has a Bsc.Ed in Special Education and Rehabilitation Science with special emphasis on dysfunctional restoration and psychotherapy. Miss Mafwil has completed multiple leadership trainings; she holds certifications from Community Bible Studies International Leadership Training (CBSILN), Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and Global Impact Business Leadership Forum, Virginia USA (GIBL).
Miss Prosper Mafwil loves to work with children and has volunteered her services at NobleHomes Orphanage for the past 6 years. She serves as a Bible Study teacher for the children at NobleHomes Orphanage. She also teaches the children to read and serves as a guidance counselor and life skills teacher to the children.
Miss Mafwill’s personal interests include watching documentaries and she can often be caught watching the documentary True Crime. She loves to read, write and watch movies. She is particularly interested in writing biblical advisory pieces. Miss Mafwil Serves as Vice President Rehabilitation Science with Comfort Ricketts Foundation.

Sandra Ricketts is a seasoned Business Administrator who has served as Chief Executive Officer for SandRich for the past 11 years and as a Director for Meeting Needs One on One for the past 5 years. Sandra is a gifted lover of God who passionately serves in the Helps Ministry. Sandra is a loving wife and mother of two. Sandra serves as Senior Vice President, Welfare with Comfort Ricketts Foundation.

Roland Ricketts has served as a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador to youths for the past decade. He is a Gospel Artist, Producer, Song Writer, Music Director and Youth Minister. For the past decade Roland Ricketts has managed Koledaru Concepts and the choral gospel group Sought Out. He is a spokes person for youth development and community empowerment, love, hope and positivism. Roland Ricketts serves as Vice President, Youth Development with Comfort Ricketts Foundation.

Becky is a member of Dynamic Church Planting International and Elive (Life in the Villiage). Becky has a passion for cooking and writing with 10 years of culinary experience.
